• Performs cleaning activities in designated areas throughout the facility.

Job Summary

• Washes sinks, furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, doors, trims, windows, and bathroom utilities.

• Scrubs or vacuums floors.

• Removes trash from each room.

• Dusts counters, shelves, and tables.

• Polishes stainless steel fixtures.

• Cleans carpets as assigned with either a wet or dry vacuum system.

• Paint rooms as needed/instructed.

• Strip and wax floors as needed/instructed.

• Maintains a resident focused approach and responds to resident requests as able in respectful manner.

• Promotes, adheres to and supports resident rights.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduation from high school preferred or in process of graduation. GED accepted.

• Previous experience in working with people and in demonstrating respect to others.

Work Schedule

• Day shift; 48 hours every 2 weeks

• 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

• Every other weekend (Only Saturdays, no Sundays)

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
