Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team based in EUGENE, Oregon. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions to support the team. This will include benefit administration, Recruiting, and handling workers compensation and unemployment claims.

Responsibilities:

• Administer benefits for the team, ensuring all benefits are given as per the company policies • Manage HRIS administration, ensuring accurate records are maintained and updated as necessary • Handle workers compensation claims, ensuring all claims are processed and resolved efficiently • Manage unemployment claims, ensuring all claims are processed in a timely manner • Ensure all practices and policies are in compliance with standards, regulations, and/or government law • Utilize skills in Paycom • Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing potential candidates for various roles. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now • Ability to use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software • Knowledge in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration • Ability to handle Employee Relations effectively • Prior experience as an HR Generalist is preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
