Join a leading engineering firm known for its excellence in delivering top-tier projects in the Heavy Industry/Pulp & Paper sectors. We are on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about project management, have a technical background, and possess extensive field experience in industrial settings, we want to hear from you! This role is set up for contract-to-hire with expected conversion around 6 months.

As Construction Manager, you must coordinate with contractors, conduct constructability reviews, create SOWs, budgets and schedules, and inspect contractor work for completeness. A keen eye for detail, follow through and problem solving, are must have skills.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in construction management in industrial settings, a bachelors degree is preferred but not required. Relocation is offered for qualified candidates, and per diem may be available until you relocate, as this role is for Eugene, OR.
