Fremont County School Dist #14 Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor in Ethete, Wyoming
TITLE:
Facilities and Maintenance Operations Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in construction and trades
- Experience in Project Management preferred
- Such alternative to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS TO:
Superintendent
*JOB GOAL: *
To ensure district buildings and properties are kept in a workable manner.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees and Maintains:
- All HVAC in all district buildings and all district housing units.
- AC, heating schedule occupied, unoccupied for all buildings
- Fire sprinkler systems
- Wyoming State Fire Marshal Statutes
- All scheduled maintenance of all district reports sent to state fire marshal for fire drills, range hoods, fire extinguishers yearly generator report
- Emergency Drills in district buildings
- Fire panels in all buildings
- Security alarms - monthly and yearly maintenance
- Building electrical exit and egress reports monthly and yearly
- Bi-yearly maintenance reports on all new district roofs
- Work orders system for all maintenance items throughout the buildings and housing units.
- All district kitchen appliances, walk-in coolers and freezers, range and exhaust hoods
- High school elevator, generator, elementary generator
- Exterior and interior lighting for all buildings
- Irrigation and sprinkler systems
- District and housing water and sewer lines
- All scheduled maintenance of all district buildings
- All equipment in the district maintenance and facilities department
- Upgrades plan for all district waterlines and water storage tanks, sewer lines.
