The Hertz Corporation Sr Compensation Analyst in Estero, Florida
The Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration of multiple incentive compensation plans and collaborate with members of field HR, Operations and Finance to optimize incentive processes and standards, and provide guidance and support to the business.
The salary for this position begins at $75,000.
What You’ll Do:
Execute and administer the monthly, quarterly and annual incentives for multiple incentive plans.
Advise HR business partners and managers in the administration of current incentive programs, and resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
Maintain and develop complex databases and reports for incentive programs and evaluation of results.
Conduct analyses to determine the effectiveness of incentive compensation practices.
Assist in the incentive plan design process by preparing statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing for plan recommendations.
Provide recommendations for new or revised policies, processes, and procedures, and ensure that implementation occurs timely and policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Prepare and distribute bonus plan documents annually and as needed through the year.
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
Actively participate in compensation related projects and system implementations.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years’ experience in Compensation; Sales Incentive experience, preferred
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field, preferred
Strong technical proficiency with data analysis and modeling; specific experience with ICM software, specifically Varicent, preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, required
Familiarity with financial concepts and ability to learn new systems and processes
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to perform extensive data validation using automated tools
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and innovation
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skill
