Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Blending and compounding on the manufacturing floor. Picking and packing to prepare materials for manufacturing. Use forklift to move products in production. Receiving goods into the manufacturing and warehouse sites. Purchase order entry. Material sampling and storing of incoming freight. Organization of inventory in manufacturing and off-site warehouses. Loading/unloading of delivery trucks. Filling drums and tanks in anticipation of production requirements. Works closely with supervisor and inventory team to train new inventory team associates. Organizing inventory to ensure that raw material and finished goods are available and easy to locate for production and pack-out teams. Sampling incoming materials. Works closely with production scheduler to ensure availability of raw material in advance of production. Using a forklift to move material.

This is a fully on-site position in Essex, Maryland.

Work Environment

Small manufacturing plant in Middle River. Climate controlled. GMP environment - very clean as they are dealing with food products and flavoring. Openings on 2nd shift - train briefly on 1st. 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm. 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm.
