THE ROLE:

  • Deliver training – Conduct classroom sessions for internal employees as required in all areas related to Operations activities, including tactical systems training, new hire preparation etc..

  • The trainer will coordinate training activities such as enrolling users; send learning requests; collect attendance and feedback; coordinate with instructors and participants and facilities admins where required, to provide necessary training material and properties. This may include reserving training rooms and equipment or scheduling and coordinating virtual activities

  • New Hire Training– Work with the Talent Acquisition team and/or HR to gather the New Starter details, schedule and coordinate New Hire Trainingas per the required schedule.

  • Manage LMS activities - Create courses; create classes; mark attendance; mark completion; monitor registrations and raise alerts as necessary.Create, assign and monitor learning plans; work with LMS admin for any support related aspects.

  • Training Assessments analysis: Collect assessment results, register them in the assessment master tracker file and analyse scores to detect areas of improvement for the trainee and/or training materials. Report the trainee´s results to the line managers with suggestions on actions to be taken based on the scores and trainees' attitude during the training

  • Preparing training material – Create and review training material as required. Maintain the required material in formats like presentations, documents, assessments, job aids, activities, etc in collaboration with other L&D team members and support teams

  • Be a point of contact for all Operationsemployees related to learning initiatives; answer calls for training function and address employees' concerns; work with vendors; send communication/ meeting requests to employees to facilitate better learning

  • Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned
