Description

We are offering a contract for a Word Processor position at a financial firm in Kentucky. The selected candidate will be responsible for proofreading, editing, and formatting audit and attest reports. They will also collaborate with audit teams across the United States from a centralized location.

Responsibilities:

• Proofread and edit audit reports for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and tense

• Format audit reports to comply with regulatory and firm standards

• Ensure the high quality of audit documents, maintaining consistency and error-free reports

• Assist audit teams in creating customizations and unique modifications to audit reports

• Participate in a robust quality control process to guarantee the accuracy of audit reports

• Author various sections of the audit report

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Adobe Acrobat, to manage and process documents

• Prepare audit reports, including formatting, data checking, and printing and binding

• Handle confidential information responsibly and anticipate and manage ambiguity and change effectively.

Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is essential for document creation and editing tasks.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for efficient management of financial data.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet management and data analysis.

• Mastery of Microsoft Word for document creation, formatting, and editing.
