Insight Global SAP Functional System Analyst II - H2R in Erlanger, Kentucky

Job Description

A fortune 100 organization is seeking a Senior SAP System Analyst SuccessFactors for a contract to hire role that will sit remotely during the contract but expected to relocate and work onsite in Erlanger Kentucky upon full time offer. As a member of the Solution Delivery Organization, a System Analyst II H2R will analyze business processes and working closely with the Solution Architect(s), Process analysts, as well as business and/or process experts to develop, document and deliver end-to-end SAP process and systems solutions which enable ADMs strategy. We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with a strong functional background. This role requires a deep understanding of functional aspects of SuccessFactors, with a particular emphasis on integration, functional design, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

 Integration Management: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

 Functional Expertise: Provide your functional expertise in SuccessFactors Integrations, particularly in EC, ECP, and any Time Management, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.

 Full-Cycle Implementation: Lead and participate in all phases of SuccessFactors implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

 Functional Design Documentation: Develop detailed Functional Design (FD) documents, ensuring that all functional requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.

 Ownership of FD Deliverables: Take full ownership of the FD deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

 Testing and UAT: Perform Unit Functional Testing (UFT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), addressing any issues or gaps identified during the testing phases.

 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure successful project outcomes.

 Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and updates, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide the best solutions to clients.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience of functional experience with SuccessFactors specifically Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Good proven knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Experienced creating functional design documents and documenting requirements of legacy and future state systems

Proven experience with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors/HCM solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams. SAP SuccessFactors certification in modules (SF EC/SF ECP) is preferred.

Experience with any Time Management modules. null
