Job Description:

Digital Test Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Calculate high level testing resource estimate. Analyze testability of project requirements. Complete test strategy. Monitor and report on schedule adherence, test case creation, test environment creation, test data creation, test case execution, and completion of business sign off. Schedule, run, or monitor the defect meeting. Provide timely reporting of project status to project management. Assess quality and test process maturity level and assist in defining strategy to implement best practices. Report any concerns on testing preparation, quality, or timeline to test and project management. Complete post process defect analysis for possible improvements. Resolve issues with testability of requirements, user stories, or other documentation. Provide creative solutions to testing challenges. Work with IT and/or business leads to find resources needed to complete testing and work on negotiations of partner agreements.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, and seven (7) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.

Must have four (4) years of experience with/in:

• Software quality assurance and testing;

• Automation testing, designing, and maintaining scalable frameworks for Web, service and mobile automation;

• Testing of all phases on minimum four digital projects, with at least two in the Test Lead capacity;

• Creating cross-platform manual, automated test plans, and cases; and

• QA processes, test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases, and automating tests.
