BRIEF SUMMARY OF ROLE

This role is responsible for assisting Process Technicians in their daily workload.

MAIN FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Remove and install molds and auxiliary equipment according to production requirements. *
  2. Complete Daily Process/Set-up Checklist. *
  3. Clean molds and return to Tool Room. *
  4. Clear Press and workstation of parts, scrap, and material. *
  5. Ability to work overtime as needed based on the needs of the business. *
  6. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
  7. Submit last shot to quality.
  • Essential Functions

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ ABILITIES

  1. Must have forklift and crane experience.
  2. Must provide own tools.
  3. Prior plastics/injection mold experience preferred.
  4. Basic math and computer skills.
  5. Mechanical aptitude.
  6. Work safely in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Must be able to read and write in English.

  2. Must have good time management skills.
  3. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
  4. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

40 hours/week, 8 hour shifts (30 minute unpaid lunch and two 10 minute breaks).
