What you’ll do…
Install and remove utility poles with various pieces of equipment including Digger Derrick, excavators, and various hand tools both on and off road.
Set up and maintain work sites in various locations with an emphasis on safety.
Inspect and maintain equipment.
Who we are looking for…
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Valid driver’s license
You are at least 21 years old.
Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Digger Derrick to set and remove utility poles.
You are authorized to work in the United States for this company.
You have a valid CDL A or B License (A preferred) with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar role with the telecommunications construction industry.
You are able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance.
Knowledge of Installation of aerial and underground cables and/or support members in conformance with all applicable codes, regulations, and customer specifications (NEC Electrical Code, System and/or City Specifications).
