Job Title: Fluxcore Welders

Job Description

We are seeking a Welder Lead with an extensive experience in Stick and Fluxcore welding. The ideal candidate will have strong tenure, with a desire to step up into a leadership role, demonstrating not only superior welding skills, but also excellent soft skills and team-leading abilities. This role involves cutting, positioning, aligning, fitting, welding, installing, and repairing steel structures using various types of welds. You will be responsible for delivering quality projects within a given time limit, adhering to our construction, quality, and safety standards. Some travel may be required throughout the year for modular building installs.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Holland, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This role involves shop welding and welding on modular units located on the side of the shop. You will be working outside and on ladders up to two stories high, so comfort with working at heights is essential. Dress code includes steel toe boots, jeans, and a t-shirt. Safety harnesses and other equipment will be provided. The work environment can be noisy (over 80 decibels) with variable lighting conditions, and may occasionally involve working in tight spaces.
