Description

One of our large retail customers is looking for a contractor to help support a laptop refresh project that will last through 2025. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, prior laptop setup/deployment experience, and experience troubleshooting hardware, printers and VPN issues. Any iPhone support expereince is a plus as they will also help with day to day deskside support outside of the refresh.

*Candidates with Degrees and/or IT Certifications preferred in the event they have headcount to convert this person after the contract. *

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
