Liah Wellness Center is seeking dedicated and motivated General Laborers to assist with facility maintenance, site preparation, and various hands-on tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable work experience while developing new skills for future employment. As part of this role, participants will receive on-the-job training and, upon successful completion of the program, will earn OSHA 10 Certification, Forklift Training Certification, and Basic Computer Skills Training to help advance their careers.

Additionally, we proudly support second-chance employment and hire ex-offenders who are ready to build a new future. Transportation is provided to and from work, and dorm-style housing is available at a below-market rate for those needing accommodations.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with general maintenance, cleaning, and organization of workspaces. Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies as needed. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Support skilled workers with manual tasks, including assembling or moving equipment. Ensure all work areas comply with safety guidelines and regulations. Participate in training sessions to develop workplace and technical skills. Perform additional labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working in various environments, both indoors and outdoors. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Training and Certification Opportunities: Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive: ? OSHA 10 Certification - Ensuring knowledge of workplace safety and hazard prevention. ? Forklift Training Certification - Equipping individuals with essential skills for warehouse and industrial work. ? Basic Computer Skills Training - Providing foundational computer knowledge for administrative and technical roles.
