Ervin Cable Warehouse Coordinator in Englewood, Colorado
A successful Warehouse Coordinator shall receive, issue and maintain telecommunication construction equipment and materials; keep accurate inventory records and submit information regarding inventory levels to supervisor and/or customer as requested; coordinate the work performed by assigned warehouse laborers. At a minimum, the position requires the ability to operate a pallet jack, hand trucks, or fork lift to load/unload materials for storage; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
In order to perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience:
the ability to work safely, with or without supervision
the ability to work standing, at shoulder height and overhead, for extended periods
the ability to lift and manipulate various telecommunication construction equipment/tools
excellent manual dexterity
the ability to follow instructions and communicate verbally and in writing
the ability to organize materials and equipment for easy access and distribution
the ability to understand and operate equipment, including, but not limited to pallet jacks, hand trucks, and fork lifts
Responsibilities:
Complete as well as ensure completion of tasks for assigned department/project
Schedule and determine priority of tasks for assigned department/project
Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project
Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project
As required by Colorado regulation, the pay range for this position if performed in Colorado is $18-25 per hour.
Qualifications:
CDL driver preferred
Associates Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
Workplace Environment and Physical Demands:
To be considered for this position, a candidate must possess the ability to lift and manipulate materials and equipment up to 75 pounds. Work is performed both inside and outside in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation, and in rugged terrain such as back easements, rural locations and at active construction sites. Noise level can range from moderate to loud and from intermediate to constant.
