Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Own all Vendor Management functions related to Dish Payment Operations, including but not limited to, User Access Management, contact list maintenance, agenda planning, and project management
Act as the POC for Dish’s payment processing partners & vendors, building & maintaining strategic relationships to drive initiatives to reach enterprise & departmental goals
Perform Incident Management for payment-related issues, driving resolution & ensuring alignment with internal & external stakeholders
Obtain and prepare routine project updates for executive leadership
Evaluate business opportunities to determine and implement initiatives for business needs and departmental goals
Influence cross-functional teams, including executive-level, with effective communication around project goals and team needs to ensure B&C can implement new processes & functionalities successfully
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four-year College or technical school, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics, and at least 1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision while producing results toward operational goals
Experience working in or with payment gateways/processors and demonstrated knowledge of card payment acceptance processes is preferred
Experience in Vendor Management is preferred
Experience in Project and/or Release Management is preferred
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, and exposure to Macros
Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with and work alongside technical teams (Data Analysts, Front and Back-end Developers, API Architects, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
