Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Servicing is seeking an part-time Administrative Assistant with strong time management skills, organization, good work ethic, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, professional, and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills. Have the ability to multitask displaying good organizational skills and attention to detail. Punctuality and reliability are a must. We are seeking to hire a team player willing and eager to assist our visitors and team members!

Location: Onsite in Englewood, CO Compensation: $16-18/hr Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am-2pm

Key Responsibilities:

Greets visitors in a warm friendly manner, addressing questions and needs in a professional manner. Provides an overall welcoming environment. Ensures security of the front office by escorting visitors within the office. Keeps a detailed record of visitors/and badges. Always maintains reception area and office in a clean and tidy manner. Liaison between team members and visitors. Responsible for all deliveries received, (Fed Ex, UPS USPS) sort and distribute. Keeps inventory and order supplies as needed. Assist team members with basic operational support. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred, but not required Bilingual in Spanish a plus Exceptional listening skills Must be well organized with attention to detail Exercise discretion and must have high level of integrity and professionalism Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently Ability to work through stressful situations
