Who we are looking for: This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Mail Room and Record Services which includes Custodial oversight and reconciliation, and Lien Release Management. What you'll do: Index funding packages which include identifying the document name and purpose of each document. Scan new/updated documentation into appropriate borrower files. Supervise staff including team member training and coaching, annual reviews, and attendance monitoring Perform the daily collection, scanning and distribution of incoming mail, both USPS and express services Responsible for outgoing mail processing for both USPS and express services Management of original loan documents through the intake, request and return process, to the various Document Custodians Oversight, file coordination and exception management of the lien releases to ensure all releases are recorded within state mandated timelines What you'll need to be successful: Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications: Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience Three to five years of experience working in a banking environment, with a well-rounded loan servicing background is preferred Minimum 2 years in a management role or supervisory role Must have a thorough understanding of the inbound and outbound mail process to include all express services as well as imaging and routing processes Ability to manage and motivate employees and encourage group participation as well as individual growth Make sound decisions based upon department procedures, company policies, knowledge, and experience Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while still being detailed and results-oriented Ability to contribute to the department in line with the company's vision and core values, driving frequent and continual organizational change and improvement Effective presentation, verbal, and written communicator Must be disciplined and well organized with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.) with a technical understanding of imaging software and sy What we offer: Because we recognize and reward hard work, we offer a competitive salary, a full benefits package, and the potential for a performance-based bonus.
