LG Electronics USA Inc Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey

Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management: Responsible for high level supply chain planning and logistics of all LG’s North America products including home appliances, consumer electronics, vehicle components and mobile communications to business innovations in digital signage, air conditioning, solar and LED lighting. Executes the strategy and vision to expand and evolve supply chain function. Work with global headquarters and factories to meet production, supply and inventory demands through collaborative planning and forecasting. Ensure imports meet compliance with CBP to maintain CTPAT requirements and will manage 3PL partners for Warehousing, Distribution & Transportation. Utilize metrics and organization vision to lead the development of short-and long-term priorities, strategy and operational objectives to ensure a consistent and optimal approach to supply chain operations. Ensure deployment of innovative and effective inventory management, to consistently meet customer demands and satisfaction. Develop and implement processes that drive measurable performance and productivity of SCM functions, including PSI, CPFR, Master Data Management, Order Management. and Logistics. Automate and digitize routine manual entries, reports and tasks Realign resources and outsource where possible without disruption to the business. Manage and ensure effectiveness of 3rd party labor and partners supporting Logistics Operation. Warehousing and Order Management. Successful acquisition of additional regional direct customers, bypassing dealer and set up inhouse support. Develop and implement tools to enhance logistics pipeline visibility from shipping up to receiving of all loads including direct ship. Enhance B2B SCM Processes: Improve S&OP process, enforce utilization of OLAP systems and tools in daily Operations. As a member of the leadership team, provide strategic direction across the organization and streamline processes. Work effectively as a team member in a dynamic executive environment in a matrix organization and promote teamwork within and across the organization. Closely partner with human resource management team to ensure Employee Engagement, Employee Development, and overall improvement of productivity are met.Requirements: Must possess a Master’s Degree, or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related.
