Microsoft Exchange Lead Administrator (On Site)

We are seeking a MS Exchange Lead Developer for our Senior Associate position with 5-9 years of experience in SharePoint Administration and Messaging technologies. This role is pivotal in improving our digital workspace focusing on MS Exchange Server and O365 Components. The ideal candidate will supply to our media domain projects driving innovation and efficiency.

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (On Site)

Role and Responsibilities:

- Install Configure and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server on-premises and Office 365 Components (Microsoft Teams Share point Online etc.)

- Handle and supervise the MS Exchange environments including server health and mail flow.

- Implement and maintain O365 DLP policies to protect sensitive information.

- Provide authority mentorship on SharePoint and MS Exchange standard methodologies to the team.

- Solve complex issues in the Exchange environments.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in MS Exchange Office 365 and related technologies.

- Implement and maintain email hygiene products (anti-spam anti-malware DLP) to protect the email infrastructure.

- Optimize system performance by conducting regular reviews and adjustments.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience:

- Proven experience in MS Exchange and MS Exchange Server and Office 365 products is mandatory.

- Messaging

- MS Exchange Share point Administration

- MS Exchange Server O365 DLP Share point Online

- MS Exchange Admin

Nice to have:

- Share point MS SharePoint integration Share point

- Branding Workflows in SharePoint Nintex K2 workflows for Share Point SPFX

- Microsoft Certification: Messaging Administrator Associate
