Hiawatha Sportsman's Club Administrative Team Member in Engadine, Michigan
Full or Part-time Position.
Job purpose
Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Hiawatha Sportsman's Club Office. Provides professional and courteous service to office staff and visitors, including members, guests of members, and the public.
Duties and responsibilities
o Aids in the operations of the HSC Office under the supervision of AOOMS.
o Performs all associated duties required by HSC Office Operations
o Responsible for interacting with members and guests while providing them with excellent customer service and satisfaction.
o Uses a computerized cash register (POS system) to collect Club fees and make retail merchandise sales when necessary
o Uses a computerized reservation software for making reservations, checking in guests, checking out guests, recording changes and payments
o Uses a computerized Club software to update Member files when necessary
o Answers the phone and directs calls to the appropriate staff
o Provides information and answers questions concerning various HSC operations and/or directs to appropriate staff.
o Assists with administrative duties as assigned
o Assists with operations duties as assigned
o Maintains and organizes digital filing system of HSC information
o Faxes, scans, and copies documents
