Quality Assurance Associates conduct quality reviews of the various functional areas, identify trends or issues that are occurring, always with a focus on continual improvement. Qualified candidates will bring forward innovative strategies for continuous quality improvements

About the Role

The primary focus of this position would include, team task assignments, quality monitoring, team evaluations, development, implementation and maintenance of internal training for new and existing team members. Responsibility will also include developing and maintaining metrics/data on team.

  • Providing production services to client operations

  • Updating Desk Level Procedures

  • Provide support to various departments to meet deadlines.

  • Conduct objective concise quality assessments.

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks, periodic audits, and report deficiencies to management.

  • Participate in the investigation and resolution. 

  • Facilitate and manage discussions and dialogues to enhance the learning experience.

  • Having a professional demeanor, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills along with strong organizational skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • 1 year of Quality Assurance Experience

  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.

  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

  • Must be able to successfully pass Pre-Employment screening including Drug Test

  • Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer.

  • Have a great attention to detail.

  • Be organized and have the ability to multi-task and while adapting to changing priorities.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $17.50/hr.
