We are seeking a dedicated CA-Barred Attorney to join our client, a boutique firm. This fully remote role offers the opportunity for flexibility and work-life balance while working approximately 20 hours a week.

With a team of two attorneys, our client specializes in business and commercial litigation. They are renowned for providing exceptional legal services, and for the dedication to building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Tasked with standard business litigation

• Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents

• Discovery including propounding and responding

• Trial preparation

• Undertaking in law and motion activities

• Drafting and implementation of pleadings

  Requirements

• The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of litigation experience, is a proactive self-starter who can manage a variable workload of a maximum of 20 hours a week
