Job Title: Assembler Technician

1st shift: 6am to 4;30pm Monday to Thursday- $18.75/hr

2nd shift: 4:30pm to 3:00am Monday to Thursday Bundles Floater- $19.69/hr

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler Technician. This role involves performing a variety of repetitive processes using varied machines and/or hand tools to complete the assembly and/or sub-assembly of component parts. Your primary responsibilities will include working in the Bundle Department, setting up baffles into fixtures, measuring distances using calipers, using glue guns for assembly, and preparing components for the pinning and pressing process. You will also float between different departments, including the Kitting and Build departments, contributing to various assembly tasks.

Hard Skills

• Mechanically inclined

• Experience with power tools

• Ability to read and follow work instructions

• Blueprint reading

• Using a torque wrench

• Experience with assembly

• Ability to use measuring devices

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to cross-train in multiple functions

• Maintaining clean and orderly work areas

• Ability to perform computer transactions
