We're seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our client based in the Elyria, OH area. The successful candidate should have between 2 and 4 years of documented experience as a CNC Programmer, deep understanding of Fanuc programming language, and ability to work well in a team setting.

responsibilities:

• CNC Programming (45%):

• Develop CNC programs using Esprit Cam or other CAM software.

• Use Fanuc programming language to create and optimize CNC programs.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

• Manufacturing Floor Support (65%):

• Operate and set up CNC machines with Fanuc Base Controllers.

• Support the setup and operation of related equipment and fixturing.

• Work directly on the manufacturing floor to understand and fix programming issues.

• Tool Selection:

• Select appropriate tools for various machining operations to achieve optimal performance and quality.

• Documentation:

• Create detailed setup sheets for CNC machines to guide operators.

• Generate inspection sheets to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

The essential functions of this role include:
