The right candidate will have substantive experience handling cases that deal with Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6), as well as contractual indemnification issues between the parties. Strong Labor Law deposition experience a must. The attorney will join a thriving team and manage their own cases day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders. The attorney will report to clients and carriers, appear in Court for conferences and motions, comply with discovery, take and defend depositions, coordinate medical examinations and prepare and file motions.
