responsibilities:

• Lead the Accounting Team: Supervise daily activities including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management.

• Financial Management: Oversee general ledger maintenance, financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, financial statement reporting, and balance sheet analysis.

• Strategic Oversight: Manage working capital, forecasting, and analysis to drive financial performance.

• Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to company policies, practices, and US GAAP while maintaining robust internal controls.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the tax team for sales tax filings and with the CFO on banking, vendor, and risk management relationships.
