The New York Islanders Hockey Club is one of the most iconic franchises in professional sports, with a deeply passionate and loyal fan base that is second to none. Built on a Dynasty in the 1980s with four straight Stanley Cup Championships, our history is what will propel us into the future, confidently assuming a position of strength in the sports, entertainment, and cultural landscape.

Our home at UBS Arena at Belmont Park, which was built for hockey and made for music, cements our brand into the very foundation of New York. How to Make the Team

We are hiring Skate Rental Attendants/Skate Check In at The Park at UBS Arena, a 155,800 square foot season-long, outdoor experience that will introduce the first two public pond hockey rinks to the community. With UBS Arena located within the heart of historic Belmont Park, The Park aims to take advantage of this unique setting and create something special for hockey fans of all ages. The Skate Rental Attendants/Skate Check In will engage participants and ensure they have a memorable experience at The Park.

Manage the Distribution and return of rental Skate System Ensure Customers receive properly fitted skates and assist with adjustments as needed Process rental fees and handle POS system accurately Inspect rental skates for damage and perform routine maintenance Report any issues or concerns with equipment to supervisor Offer guidance and assistance to customers
