WellLife Network Inc. is hosting a Open House onTuesday, September 17, 2024, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. We are seeking passionate and reliable Case Managers for our Brooklyn and Queens Apartment Treatment Program. The Apartment Treatment Programs provides a bridge from supervised residences to more independent living programs. Residents have their own room in a shared apartment. The role ofthe Case Manageris to work with the residents in developing their living skills and increasing their participation in the community.

Full-time Union position budgeted at $24.15 per hour with Excellent benefit and generous PTO!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – BS preferred.

• 2 yrs. Human Services experience

• Valid NYS Driver’s License and access to motor vehicle

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, etc).

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with on-line charting record databases
