Description Position Title: Marketing Administrative Assistant (Contract to Hire)

Location: Elm Grove, WI

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our marketing team. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks and projects to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our marketing initiatives. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

-Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and promotional items.

-Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and contact information.

-Assist with social media management, including posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.

-Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed to support the marketing team's objectives. Requirements Consumer Marketing, Marketing Advertising, Canva, Facebook Ad, YouTube, Administrative experience, Email Marketing, Outbound Marketing
