As a Project Manager IV, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet changing requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Facilitate project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and issues. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure adherence to best practices. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and lessons learned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing large, complex projects. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
