The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Onsite Location: Elkridge MD based at HeadQuarters

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per annum + OT (This role is paid hourly and involves 60% travel in domestic US)

Job Summary The candidate will oversee construction projects as a Job Site Supervisor, ensuring that all aspects of the contract are followed and managed effectively with customers and installation teams. They will be the primary point of contact for communication between all parties involved and will maintain project timelines and budgets while solving any on-site issues that arise. Even Simpler: The job is like being the boss of a building site where you make sure everything goes according to plan. You talk to everyone from workers to clients to make sure everything is done right and on time.

Skill Requirements Must-Have :

  • Proven problem solving and solutions driven leadership

  • Installation supervision : experience in managing installation teams and subcontractors on-site.

  • Cost control : capability to manage installation costs for profitability.

  • Commissioning : experience with on-site inspections up to certification.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge in continuous improvement processes.

  • Proficiency in progress reporting techniques.

  • Ability to provide effective customer support.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
