Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Cybersecurity Engineer responsible for developing and implementing integration solutions for applications across the enterprise. This role involves evaluating existing systems, integrating diverse components, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance. The Cybersecurity Engineer will also handle documentation, and configuration management, and collaborate with various teams to ensure system integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions to integrate applications across the enterprise or its units/departments.

  • Evaluate existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and ensure solutions meet organizational needs.

  • Integrate diverse systems, networks, and servers to achieve overall objectives

  • Troubleshoot and debug system issues to enhance performance and data quality.

  • Optimize maintenance and deployments to ensure integrated systems function effectively.

  • Document and create visual representations of systems, including their inputs and outputs.

  • Prepare configuration management activity/status reports and metrics for project meetings and reviews.

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure effective system integration, verification, and validation.

  • Serve as the technical liaison for change control processes, coordinating with engineers, development teams, users, and management.

  • Provide recommendations for requirements management activities and generate reviews, revisions, and updates for configuration management.

  • Define and implement the appropriate level of configuration management for configuration items.

  • Ensure traceability of designs by linking or delinking requirements across multiple artifacts.

  • Audit configuration items to verify conformance with specifications, drawings, and interface control documents

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, systems integration, or a related role.

  • Strong experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing system performance.

  • Proficiency in documentation, visual representation of systems, and configuration management.

  • Experience with change control processes and requirements management.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
