Responsible for the day-to-day management of an agency-housing apartment complex. Will be preparing/renting vacant apartments as soon as possible after apartment vacated, collecting/depositing rent monthly, certifying or re-certifying applicants/tenants for eligibility, preparing accurate reports and performing preventative maintenance/repairs in a timely manner.
