Under close supervision, executes experiments in the development of packaging using established laboratory/pilot plant procedures. Parallel path several technical solutions and implement the best to meet project goals and appropriate timing without compromising project execution. Accomplish objectives on assignments which have ambiguity associated with their procedures, solutions, approach, etc. May be exposed to commercialization of new products/packaging and if the opportunity presents itself, will gain technical knowledge required to make quick and sound decisions while taking appropriate risks to solve project challenges.
