• Associate degree in criminal justice, social work, behavioral science, or a related field with two years work experience; Baccalaureate degree preferred
• Ability to maintain required certifications including CPR, AED, IRAS, ECMS, CVSA, and PREA
• Thorough knowledge of treatment programs and services available to participants from other government, social, and private agencies with ability to maintain and apply knowledge of evidence-based practices and cognitive based curriculum
• Valid Indiana drivers license
• Hepatitis B vaccine eligible
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen
