Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and experienced 5-Axis Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and programming 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications

• Create and adjust CNC programs using G-code and M-code

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes

• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator, specifically with 5-axis machines

• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)

• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Attention to detail and precision

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
