Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Shift Call Center Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling dispatch operations, ensuring efficient communication, and providing excellent customer service during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and dispatch information to appropriate personnel or departments.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and communications.

• Monitor and coordinate the movement of vehicles or personnel as needed.

• Provide timely and accurate information to callers and internal staff.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Assist with any additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a call center or dispatch role is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and handle phone communications.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including 3rd shift.
