Job Title: Customer Order Specialist

Looking for:

• 3+ years of recent experience or training in customer service within the Consumer and Industrial products industry (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)

• Order Entry or Data Entry Skills (ERP Experience)

• Microsoft Office Skills

• SAP (Highly preferred)

Job Description

• Answers calls from customers and records interview information into the computer for customer service by performing the following duties.

• Talks with customers by phone and receives orders for parts repair of parts, or change in service;

• Quotes prices and lead time;

• Performs data entry of customer information using the SAP Software system;

• Fills out forms, determines charges for service requested, and prepares change of address records;

• Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation;

• Completes special projects as directed by Management.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Work Environment

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30PM, Onsite/In office role
