Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Continuous Improvement Engineer. This position is located near Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive operational excellence, enhance efficiency, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $130K, plus a potential bonus, and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analyses of current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

• Establish problem statements and facilitate six sigma projects using FMEA, Pareto Analysis, Process Maps and Excel tools

• Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive process enhancements

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives
