Position Summary:

The Sr. Product Security & Compliance Manager is responsible for leading a product security and compliance team in managing and mitigating risks related to products vulnerability and piracy. S/he leads the research and analysis of subscriber accounts to ensure online product security compliance. This person will proactively contact users to provide steps for corrective action to ensure security compliance and customer retention and follow up with users to ensure ongoing compliance.

Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

· Lead and participate in the critical and complex research and analysis process to identify suspected online product non-compliance.

· Identify and manage risks by ensuring that the team contacts customers and prospects to validate non-compliance and identify a resolution.

· Provide compliance opportunities to customers and prospects in the form of education, license sales, additional nodes and/or upgrades to enterprise products.

· Collaborate with other departments such as product management, IT, and Sales to deliver maximum customer retention, sales revenue, and net sales profit.

· Proactively, advocate and partner with sales, product management, engineering, and architecture teams for better security practices and continuous improvement at every step of the development lifecycle.

· Leverage data and technology in preparing complex reports and analysis, and presenting them to senior management and executives to support operational decision making.

· Lead, direct, mentor and manage the Product Security and Compliance Team and support their highest performance and engagement.

· Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ALLDATA’s policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include interviewing, training, and motivating employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.

· Effectively build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments.

· Manage the career growth and development of the team by driving focus on ALLDATA's Core Values. Play a critical role in building management depth by providing guidance and mentorship to all levels of leadership within their organizational units, as well as serving as a role model.

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or related field or a combination of education and/or experience

· Minimum 7 years’ product compliance, sales, or comparable sales type experience

· Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a “people’s manager”

· Proficient with Microsoft suites including CRM and MS Excel

· Outstanding communication and listening skills with ability to compromise appropriately and effectively as needed

· Strong leadership, mentorship and team motivation ability

· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues

· Some domestic travel maybe required (less than 10%/annually)

· Experience in product security compliance in a SaaS company is highly desired.

Salary: $72,000 - $126,000

Compensation Range (USD): MIN 72000.0 - MID 99000.0 - MAX 126000.0
