This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and creating new accounts, while also leading our website sales team with minimal supervision.

Position Overview: The Website Sales Manager will lead our efforts to boost online sales, develop new customer accounts, and expand our reach within the wholesale market. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales, particularly within the wholesale sector, and possess the leadership skills necessary to guide the department effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive online revenue growth and achieve company sales targets.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new wholesale customers, including developing targeted marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Account Management: Oversee the creation and management of new customer accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the website sales team, providing direction and guidance to enhance performance and meet sales objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a sales management role and proven track record of 4 years in sales, with a focus on driving growth through online channels in the wholesale industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the wholesale market, including key trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret sales data, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication sills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
