Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Program Manager to join a client for a full time permanent opportunity. As a Program Manager with a focus on automotive battery production manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to the development and industrialization including construction, equipment installation and plant operation readiness. Your role will involve coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of product and deliverables as required. The targeted salary range is as follows $100,000-$150,000, below are more details on the role.

 Lead new program teams to complete program deliverables approval from equipment sourcing thru completion of ramp-up of plant production by working with all engineering groups.

 Establish and track timing of commodity team deliverables to meet program milestones.

 Prepare Program Review and Executive Program Business Review material and deliver related content at these reviews.

 Lead resolution of major manufacturing program issues and achievement of program objectives with other organizations (eg. PD, Finance, Planning, etc.), and equipment suppliers.

 Develop and implement standard detailed program timing management tool that supports needs of lead process engineers with roll up capability to support program management.

 Coordinate manufacturing input into program tracking tools (e.g., LQOS Charts, Program MS Project Timing File, Major Program Status & Issues, Integrator, Indicated Cost, PBR / EPBR, etc.)

 Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of project goals.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field

 5 or more years of proven project management or project lead experience preferably in the automotive industry

 Strong knowledge of automotive process preferably within electric vehicle battery manufacturing

 Ability to work under pressure, adapt to project changing requirements, strong communication and presentation abilities.

 Experience leading cross functional teams and managing stakeholders Bilingual in Korean & English

 Battery Manufacturing Experience

 Project Management Certification (PMP) null
