Maxim Healthcare in Elizabethtown, KY (Hardin County) i s hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work 1-on-1 with a pediatric patient.

Patient care includes, but not limited to, enteral feeds management (g-tube), as well as tracheostomy and ventilator management/care.

Shift Days/Times:

• Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 12:00am

• Saturday and Sunday from 4:00pm to 12:00am

Paid training is offered for any skills needed to provide the necessary level of care in the home.

  Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
