CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Systems Support Specialist opening for our client in Elgin, IL.

Location: Elgin, IL

Duration: 9 months

Duties:

• Manage SAP operations for raw materials (quantities and quality) used in Elgin plant and R&D production.

• Drive SAP workflows that support the production of raw materials and finished goods.

• Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs).

• Support SAP workflows to transfer existing products to Elgin.

• Execute related SAP work to support shipping activities.

• Assist with labeling and packaging of samples and finished products.

• Provide administrative support for site regulatory requests.

Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP software.

• Strong organizational and process management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the persistence to complete tasks.

• High attention to detail with effective communication skills in English.

• Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.

Experience:

• Experience with industrial manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of coatings/paints, chemicals, food, medical, or pharmaceutical production is a plus.

• Experience in SAP or equivalent ERP systems is highly preferred.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• SAP Certification is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
