CTG SAP Systems Support Specialist in Elgin, Illinois
CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Systems Support Specialist opening for our client in Elgin, IL.
Location: Elgin, IL
Duration: 9 months
Duties:
Manage SAP operations for raw materials (quantities and quality) used in Elgin plant and R&D production.
Drive SAP workflows that support the production of raw materials and finished goods.
Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs).
Support SAP workflows to transfer existing products to Elgin.
Execute related SAP work to support shipping activities.
Assist with labeling and packaging of samples and finished products.
Provide administrative support for site regulatory requests.
Skills:
Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP software.
Strong organizational and process management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the persistence to complete tasks.
High attention to detail with effective communication skills in English.
Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
Experience:
Experience with industrial manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of coatings/paints, chemicals, food, medical, or pharmaceutical production is a plus.
Experience in SAP or equivalent ERP systems is highly preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
SAP Certification is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
