Aerotek Senior Maintenance Technician in Eldridge, Iowa

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Manager

Pay : $25-35

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of CNC machines, manual machines, and other equipment.

  • Diagnose issues and manage maintenance projects to ensure smooth operation of machinery.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety compliance.

  • Use precision measuring tools and basic hand tools to perform maintenance tasks.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and instructions.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a machine manufacturer environment, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

  • Knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.

  • Extensive skill and knowledge in CNC Machines operation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Ability to use precision measuring tools and basic hand tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting, including PLC troubleshooting.

  • Ability to define and read blueprints and electrical schematics.

  • Experience with robots, automation, and other cutting-edge equipment and machinery.

  • High level of attention to detail, adaptability, and prioritization of tasks.
