Job Title: General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Perform racking and installation of solar modules

• Assist in tear downs and quality control tasks

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and tape measures effectively

• Work collaboratively with the crew to ensure project success

Essential Skills

• Experience working as a laborer

• Experience on a construction site or in outdoor environments

• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs

• Safety

Work Environment

Work in an outdoor environment and be comfortable working in the heat. The work hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, subject to change based on the schedule.
