Position Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Master Data Sr. Analyst to lead the setup and ongoing maintenance of all master data related to their Order to Cash processes. This role is crucial as they embark on insourcing customers from their broker. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure data quality and compliance with controls frameworks.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Lead the setup and implementation of master data for customers, products, and pricing.

• Ensure ongoing maintenance, data quality, data lake management, and TPM master data management.

• Configure pricing and discount allowances in the ERP system by setting business rules in the pricing management module and perform testing to ensure the configuration gives the desired results.

• Ensure compliance with the controls framework, including workflow approval for sensitive master data fields and review of master data change logs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve master data issues arising in order management.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations, Data & Analytics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Order to Cash management, preferably in trade management, finance, or master data management.

• Strong understanding of pricing and discount structures in the CPG industry.

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably D365) and Trade Promotion Management software.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Operational rigour with a balance of both technical and business knowledge.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
