About the role:

Liquid I.V. is looking for an innovative, analytical, and ambitious Digital Product Manager to help create the best-in-class website experience. This person will be the dynamic owner of all things website and website content strategy.

We’re looking for someone who can lead the strategic roadmap for the design and function of our website to help us optimize performance, increase sales, and position our business for incremental growth. This person will be instrumental in working cross-functionally across marketing, operations, finance, customer experience, acquisition, retention, and sales.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Product Strategy: Develop comprehensive growth product strategy with Sr Website Ops Manager to align with business objectives, market trends, and user needs.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development agencies, marketing, e-commerce, CX, and other business stakeholders for seamless communication and successful product delivery.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire content team to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

  • User Experience: Work closely with design team and agencies to create delightful customer/user experiences, ensuring a customer-centric approach.

  • Development Oversight: Manage development agencies (and product development lifecycle), ensuring timely and quality delivery of features and improvements.

  • Roadmap Maintenance and Execution: Maintain and execute product roadmap, prioritizing features based on everchanging business needs, user feedback, and market trends.

  • Analytics/Testing: Leverage analytics tools to create robust testing roadmap in conjunction with product roadmap to make data-driven decisions.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain product quality standards, ensuring a flawless user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, marketing, or another related field) required.

  • 3-5 years of experience in DTC e-commerce.

  • Experience in health and wellness space a plus.

  • 3-5 years’ experience managing high-growth Shopify+ platforms, working with design and engineering.

  • Excellent knowledge of web based KPIs.

  • Growth mindset with curiosity to grow and challenge the status-quo.

  • Highly effective project management and organization skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Deep empathy for customers and their experience in digital products, grounded in data and research.

  • Be the brand voice when representing the company.

  • Enthusiastic with a "can do", positive attitude.

  • Thrive working independently in a hyper growth mode environment.

  • Detail oriented & results focused.

Work Environment:

  • This role is a hybrid role. Liquid I.V. strives to support and create a flexible working environment. This role will require some time in the office.

The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
